Located on the fourth floor of the historic Palazzo Cordusio Gran Meliá, in Milan’s former Palazzo Venezia, Sachi is a contemporary Japanese restaurant designed in collaboration with Sunset Hospitality Group.

The project involves transforming the fourth floor of the historic Palazzo Cordusio into a contemporary Japanese restaurant. A space that combines minimalism and warmth, creating an elegant and serene atmosphere that enhances the dining experience, where every detail reinterprets Japanese traditions with a modern twist.

The interior features a minimalist yet warm aesthetic, with a serene atmosphere that complements the dining experience. Wood, neutral tones and soft lighting create an elegant and balanced space.

The design enhances the precision and artisanal nature of Japanese cuisine, integrating every culinary gesture into a refined and tranquil setting, where the space enhances the experience and reinterprets Japanese tradition through a contemporary and sophisticated lens.
