Lucas Fox
Interior design in the heart of Palma.
In the heart of Palma's old town, in the charming neighbourhood of Sant Nicolau, lies Calle Ca'n Verí, a cobbled pedestrian street lined with art galleries, antique shops and prestigious estate agents. It is in this unique setting that the new interior design project for Lucas Fox has been developed, a proposal that blends the historic soul of Mallorcan architecture with a contemporary design featuring sophisticated lines.
The premises occupy the ground floor of a stately building, where tradition is evident in the limestone arches and exposed wooden beam ceilings. These original features not only lend character and authenticity, but also provide the perfect canvas for a dialogue between past and present.

The project has been conceived with respect for traditional architecture, enhancing its essence and highlighting it through careful lighting. Added to this setting are contemporary furniture and fine materials (microcement, wrought iron, handcrafted woodwork and high-end fabrics) which introduce an air of modernity and exclusivity. The result is an elegant, sober and refined space, capable of conveying the identity of the real estate firm while integrating into the cultural environment of Sant Nicolau.
More than a commercial office, this project stands as a meeting point where Mediterranean tradition and contemporary design coexist, reflecting the essence of Lucas Fox: distinction, sophistication and respect for heritage.
