Es Pouet: a high-level project with a landscaping dimension

Among green and pedestrian areas, a complex of 54 apartments will be built in Es Pouet, Talamanca (Santa Eulària des Riu, Ibiza). It is a unique project which places special emphasis on landscaping, ensuring that there are no cars in sight: upon entering the complex, all vehicles go to an underground passage through which they travel to their destination.

We at CMV Architects approached the project with the idea of being innovative without breaking established barriers, devising houses that would be comfortable and functional at the same time while still being unique for this type of construction. This uniqueness can be seen in the design, materials, and finishes – always following current trends (open kitchens and bathrooms, etc.), providing each home with extra quality.

Another of the great unique points of Es Pouet is the excellent views it has of Dalt Vila (Ibiza), which can be enjoyed from any of the homes thanks to their independent layout. There will be a single access point for the development that will feature entry control measures and security.  This helps to avoid additional roads and, therefore, it cuts down on spaces that could steal prominence from the landscape.

Property owners will have a concierge service located in a central building, staffed by employees willing to meet the needs of the residents. Some services will also be shared with the hotel that is next to the complex, such as the possibility of reserving a table for dinner or reserving spaces for events. Although almost all the houses will have a private pool, the residents of Es Pouet will also have several community pools, a spa, common gardened areas, etc.
