Sol de Mallorca

De la colaboración con el interiorista Thomas Griem (TG Studio) y el paisajista Stephen Woodhams nace esta vivienda aislada en Sol de Mallorca.

La vivienda, emplazada en un solar de esquina, crea un entorno privado utilizando sus muros como protección y, al mismo tiempo, se abre hacia la zona de jardín y piscina.

Es una edificación que se desarrolla principalmente en planta baja con carpinterías correderas de gran formato que se ocultan en los muros para crear una frontera difusa entre el interior y el jardín, donde se desarrolla la mayor parte de la vida.

En la planta piso, renunciando al concepto introspectivo de la planta baja, se ubica la habitación master la cual está orientada a las vistas de la bahía de Palma.

Los acabados interiores naturales junto a un paisajismo exuberante consiguen un efecto relajante.

La vivienda ha sido diseñada con conceptos de sostenibilidad y mucho sentido común.
