CMV Architects is an architecture studio born in Palma de Mallorca, with offices in Mallorca, Barcelona, Lanzarote and Vietnam, committed with contemporaneity and specialized in design of all kinds of architectural projects (new construction, indoors, rehabilitation, etc), urban planning (urban counseling and planning), as well as integral project management.
At CMV Architects we develop all phases of an architectural or urbanistic project from the conception of the initial idea to the development and drafting of each project and the effective execution of said building site, thus obtaining better results for the client, with the aim of maintaining the integral spirit of the initial concept.
The team at CMV is lead by the architects Andreu Crespí Prunés, Tolo Cursach Far, Helena Montes Paniagua, Pep Vich Montaner and recently Lluís Escarmís Costa.
Since 2016 Rubén Bermúdez Mosquera has been an associate architect in Spain, Nguyen Thi Thuc Huyen has taken the same charge in Vietnam and Gustavo Rama in Brazil.
CMV Architects are committed with the concept and design of ideas from conception to resolution, with a special emphasis involving their environment, cultural, social and urbanistic integration, as well as guaranteeing its functionality. This effort has been rewarded with more than 40 awards (national and international) that have marked the studio’s internationalization process.
