The Marsal

A residential project that blends in with the coastal landscape of south-eastern Mallorca. The Marsal is integrated into the bay of Portocolom through architecture with clean lines and natural materials that reflect the Mediterranean light.

The design promotes the connection between interior and exterior: large windows, patios and terraces open to the sea allow for cross ventilation and maximum use of natural light. The orientation and selection of finishes ensure energy efficiency and comfort in all seasons.

With views of the harbour, The Marsal redefines the residential experience by combining contemporary style, respect for the environment and the authentic character of Felanitx.
