Casa Noble - Hotel Antigua Palma
The project consists of the comprehensive refurbishment and transformation into a hotel of a historic building located in the heart of Palma's old quarter, within the Jewish Quarter. The building, of medieval origin, conserves unique heritage elements such as groin vaults, interior courtyards, noble staircases, columns and ornate ceilings, many of which are officially protected.
The intervention respects and enhances the original character of the building, adapting it to its new 4-star hotel use. The programme includes 27 rooms distributed over several floors, common areas, spa, breakfast bar, leisure areas and panoramic terraces. The interior organisation takes advantage of the courtyards to provide natural light and articulate the routes, generating a unique spatial experience in dialogue with the historic architecture.
The main entrance is located on Calle del Sol, while the service entrance is on Calle Pare Nadal. The different floors combine original refurbished spaces with new solutions that respect the existing structure, generating balanced contrasts between the old and the contemporary.
